China Central Place

China Central Place

Located in Beijing's Chaoyang district, China Central Place is a 3.5 hectare mixed use urban infill project. Formerly part of GuoHua's power plant facility, the block was redeveloped with three office towers, two hotels and an upscale mall. The project responded to Beijing's new environmental impact design regulations and is positioned as premier tourist and shopping destination.
